Once you are in receipt of your order confirmation email, your order will have a unique order number. If you wish to amend your order please contact us quoting this number were we would be happy to help.
We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange this for you. If we are unable to cancel your order as it is almost ready or has been dispatched don't worry you still maybe able to return these items to us. Please see our returns policy.
However, if your order is for personalised or custom made items this is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Please drop us an email with your order number and we will be happy to look into this for you.
We messed up and are really sorry about that.
Sometimes mistakes are made but don't worry we will put that right. Just drop us an email with your order number and the details (if possible a photo).
If your item is damaged or faulty don't worry we want you to be happy. Just send us an email with your order number and as much detail as possible and we will put this right.
Please do also include a photo of the item including its original packaging.
